Dinner with Tony Botros

What did Tony Botros have for dinner? Delicious pork chops. I usually avoid red meat but that did not happen tonight. Next to that I have some rice. A salad which included tomatoes, peppers, red onions, and avocados. And as you can see, a nice serving of vegetables as well.
